The Bordeaux home soccer jerseys for the 2010–11 season are manufactured by Puma with their logo on the right chest and and on both sleeves. The colour of the new Bordeaux home shirt is the clubs traditional dark navy with a white V on the shoulder. Kia continue to be the shirt sponsors for Bordeaux and their name will appear in the center of the new home soccer shirt.

Bordeaux finished 6^th in the league last season after winning the league the year before. The club were obviously disappointed not to do better but the Ligue 1 was a fiercely fought contest last season with not too many points splitting the clubs. Bordeaux still have a great team and should be competing for honours again this year although one player that won’t be pulling on the new Bordeaux home shirt is Yohan Gourcuff who has moved to Lyon.
