The jersey is similar in design to the kit worn during the World Cup Finals in South Africa. The main difference to the shirt is the colour of the shirt printing, which is now blue instead of red.
A turning point for the England football team, a new generation of players are emerging during the Euro 2012 Qualifiers to renew the hope of all England fans. Lead by midfield-general Steven Gerrard and striker Wayne Rooney, the desire for glory in Euro 2012 has never been stronger.
Created by legendary art-director Peter Saville, the all-white canvas of the England Home Shirt has been updated with inspirational touches. Using the iconic St George’s Cross as a symbol, the new home jersey features multi-colour crosses on the shoulders to reflect the vibrant culture of England today.
Made from the latest performance fabrics, the England Home Shirt 10/12 continues Umbro’s theme of classic tailoring with a stylish square-collar and open neckline.
