Real Sociedad were related at the end of the 2006–07 season after finishing 19^th in the league. They spent three seasons in the second division before winning promotion last season. The club will be hoping that they can maintain their position within the league and stay up so we will be seeing the Real Sociedad home shirt in La Liga again next year.
